Hello and welcome guardians, this is your friendly neighborhood AnonPig and I'm here to give my prediction for the upcoming expansion. The above image is a Bungie concept art which i believe was made for this expansion. The Citadel is a location only accessible through missions so it's the perfect place to destroy, but also it's heavily tied in with the true power of the Vex, which I'm confident will be the focus of the expansion. I know i know everyone says it's Cabal, and yes, they are coming and I'll give my opinion on them as well but the first up will be the Vex. Until the Taken King the Cabal haven't had much to do with the main story other than sorta being in the wrong place at the wrong time, but the Vex have always been intertwined tightly with the story. There are several instances which suggests the Vex are trying to accomplish something, they have such a control on time that i believe they've just been distracting us. This has been building up since vanilla destiny with the Exo Stranger sending us to the Black Garden, all to the climax point of saving the Vex from extinction by the Taken in Paradox. As laugh Preadyth said, they won't even spare our City. The Vex have been keeping us around just long enough for this action, now they're ready to strike. We got vanilla, dark below, house of wolves, "plague of Darkness" - taken king, next up is Vex void [b]THEN[/b] Forge of Gods. [b]Vex Void[/b] I think the Vex are finally ready to take back their Black Garden and sever it from the physical plane and pull it back into the Void. They're going to rebuild their Black Heart if they succeed, and thus cease the healing of our Traveler. We need her to survive the oncoming wars so we can't let that happen. We must stop them. [b]Forge of Gods[/b] After dealing a truly devastating blow to the Vex, the Cabal fleet arrives and picks up the pieces we left behind. The Cabal are an interesting race, one which seems to have no ideals on afterlife and therfore no gods. I believe this is where they will make a god, one which has the power to kill Guardians once and for all.
