Perk Description: Radiance grants unrestricted revives for up to three fallen teammates, including self-resurrection if activated beyond the grave.
While under the effect of radiance, FIREBORN also grants the warlock the ability to:
-Allow for fast revives (similar to Nemesis perk)
-Allow instant revive bypassing 30 second timer in revive restricted circumstances like Nightfalls/Raids.
-Allow reviving of teammates during heroic raids when revives are generally disabled
Reviving takes a chunk of Radiance power with an upper revive limit of 3, including self. That means if you use it on death, you can only revive two more teammates. The only difference is you don't lose a chunk of Radiance for the self-revive and have the full meter to get to two other teammates.
This allows Warlock to essentially function as a "medic" and not be so damn useless during endgame events.
EDIT: Some people are complaining that this would be OP or that I'm asking for this because I personally need it. So, I'll explain:
I think the game should be challenging because it is actually challenging and not be based on revive restrictions. I have no problem with playing the game as is. I've completed hundreds of raids and I find Oryx Heroic to be comically easy. My issue is actually related to, for example, my most immediate Oryx fight. We had someone die on the first round of 4 bombs on Oryx. We clutched it with 5 fairly easily with video. The person that died could not enjoy helping his teammates and had to sit there, dead, for several minutes while he got rewards he didn't get to feel he earned himself.
Now, some people will just wipe when someone dies. Which I think also kinda sucks in restricted areas. To kill 4 or 5 healthy team members because something is easier to do with or virtually impossible to do with at least 5 because of game mechanics (totems in Heroic, etc.) just kinda sucks and I just feel like fights should be somewhat salvageable in those events.
I'm not saying make the game easier. I'm saying make the Warlock class more desired. Warlock is not my main and I'm not really a fan of inviting them because they contribute so little and nobody likes carrying such a weak class through Raids.
I'd rather have 4, shielded yellow wizards that cast detainment bubbles spawn instead of those 4 weak ass knights in the Oryx fight and get a #warlock super that contributes to the fireteam, than have the game remain stupid-easy but annoying because of revive restrictions.

Edited by Ami Iverson: 5/12/2016 10:26:45 PMI feel like some people are missing the point of my post. Yes, as it currently stands, reviving teammates in hard mode would be kinda OP. But the difficulty can't be ramped up much further because deaths would lead to a ridiculous number of wipes for even the most skilled groups. If the Warlock class were "fixed" the difficulty would have to be high enough that deaths would be EXPECTED even with very experienced groups. Flawless Raider would be virtually impossible to get in any of the new raids. Bosses could even get ranged, unavoidable, one-hit-kill abilities. My main problem with the current form of revive restrictions is that it doesn't make the raid "more difficult." Virtually everytime my clan sees a death in hard mode it is not because of a "difficulty level" factor. It's because of something INCREDIBLY stupid. Example. About once every dozen or so raids, someone dies randomly when the shade is killed and we are teleported out. It might be a lag issue and the bubble not being completely gone. I have no idea. But it seems to happen about once or twice a month for SOMEONE in the group ever since the raid was released. If you haven't seen this happen or had it happen to you, I have no idea what you are doing differently. So, my argument is that, should everyone just wipe? What if they were already trying to clutch it with 5? It gets very difficult to do with 4 because you have to keep Oryx's chest open AND activate the bombs. I just want a game mechanic that makes the attempt salvageable in case something stupid happens. As far as difficulty level, ramp it up. Make the knights yellow and allow them to cast detainment bubbles for all I care. Have sharks with laserbeams attached to their foreheads randomly come out of the ground and one-shot no-scope headshot snipe people on platforms. Don't care. But make a viable medic class. And as far as crucible, it wouldn't be able to circumvent revive timers. That's a crucible balance issue. This was purely a PvE suggestion.
