Hey folks, I'm the admin of a small ps4 clan. One of our members has lost his clan tag. It doesn't appear on his emblem anymore. My admin tools say he's still a clan member and and i can't see anything that I can do to sort it. This has been going on since approx. the April update, but he's not sure of the actual day it happened. Unfortunately we're not the most techno/bungie.net savvy lot so need some advice before we go trying stuff that might cause more problems. Does anyone know of any kind of reset or such that fixes this? Could he simply leave the clan and then rejoin? Anything else we should do or try? Many thanks for your time folks. Tok.
