I was in a raid with 3 females the other day, and it was the worst raid team I've had. The least fun I have ever had in destiny. I was sitting at middle plate for 5 minutes waiting for everyone, it was the spot I wanted. We had two people there already (including me) and one of the girls came up and sat down, and she said, "We have three people at middle, Infest you have to move". I thought oh no big deal, I'll just go there next raid. She keeps grabbing aura and dying, blah blah blah somehow we beat it. Skip to golgoroth.
Now, I'm a returning player from December. I need a game these past three weeks to pass some time until doom comes out. I had only done golgoroth challenge 3 times prior, twice before I quit, and once on reset this week. I again, ran to left and waited for five minutes because the lady who stole my spot at middle was afk. She runs over to left to be with her friends and says, quote for quote, "Umm, we have an uneven amount of people on either side, Infest looks like you have to go right". Again I thought oh no big deal, I don't care where I go. But I asked what strat we were doing, someone said sarcastically, "The one where you grab the gaze".
So not knowing what to do, I did the strat I was taught, grabbed gaze, and started running back to the door. Everyone starts getting super mad at me, I respond saying, "Well if someone told me how to -blam!-ing do it that wouldn't have happened". The rest of the raid was fine because I muted everyone.

The same thing could have occurred whether female or male. You not knowing their strategy speaks to communication problems in raid, not gender.

I didn't say it was just the females man. Notice how I said the entire group was mad at me. There were two other guys.
