Just play with people on your friends list if it bothers you so much after all that's why there called Pugs there people you don't know i rarely ever play with randoms except for when i'm playing POE but you can always mute them if they say stupid shit on voice chat,but not as much when your in a Raid as communication is vital to the raid teams success. Thing is your always going to have Asshats when playing with random players it's unavoidable which is why if i'm thinking of doing a Raid,i will start a Raid group myself and i'd make it clear to all if they start being Intentionally Asshats they will be kicked without hesitation,as there are plenty of random players who want to do a Raid and who are respectful.
