Every guy suddenly grows balls when they're behind a computer/tv screen. I personally have not witness any sort of sexism while playing any game so far and I've raided or poe with girls on my team many times. I'm not saying douche bags like the guys you described don't exist but I'll say they are a rare breed. This is why you, your girl friend, me, or any civilized human being should not worry. These are very rare breed of humans they're unlikely to breed and pass on their stupidity. They'll soon die out.
