Titan exotics
I believe that the Titan boots the peregrine greaves need a definite boost. I think that this boost may be to add the perk which resorts health on shoulder charge kill. Then you would be able to use a different perk in that tree and there would be more of a reason to use these exotics. Tell me your exotic ideas.
