That's what I don't get. Like whenever my girl and I are part of our normal group we treat her like we would any of the other guys. And that's the biggest reason she loves playing with us. Hell that's the reason her and I started dating was the respect I showed her in games. But even though I showed her respect I still made her feel like she was just part of the group. My entire group does this. That's why we don't like playing randoms. Been thinking about making a clan that might be based on the notion of treating each other as gamer's not male or female.
