I posted this under the Destiny category, but it seems the post didn't appear in our clan forums? So I'll try again … It's friday and I'm home alone all weekend! I plan on grabbing some cans of beer (not too many ;)) on the way home from work today and wiggle my a** firmly into the couch and enjoy a full weekend of Destiny shenanigans with no strings attached. As I am a year 2 player and a father of two, I haven't yet had the time to experience any raiding in Destiny of any sorts (as a former wow-player I am familiar with the raiding world though). I also have not set foot into Trials at all, even though I consider myself mainly a PVP player. So this weekend I would love to try out all of the above. If anyone is interested, I'd gladly join or set up a fireteam to do some Trials runs, just for the experience to start with. I have no illusions of getting to the Lighthouse in a jiffy so if that is your main goal, this might not be the right crew to join, but I will of course try my best in every battle! I talked about this with saxton_mac yesterday, so if he's on and able to join we'll welcome anyone that want's to join the two of us, be it a fellow newb, or a more experienced player that can mentor us to be the ToO killing machines of the century … (I believe in you, you can do it!) The main criteria here is to have fun and see the sights ;) And when we need a break from the Trials, I'd love to get 3 more into the crew for some raids! Same requirements as above; Skills? Gear? I don't care! As long as it's fun! Why not start at the beginning even? I haven't seen any raids live so I'd love to run through them all from the start, from the Vault of Glass to King's Fall :) Although I've seen videos, it would be great to have someone experienced to explain some tactics for us, but if none are available, we'll wing it ;) Anyone in the same boat as me and saxton, or any mentors willing to facepalm themselves through the weekend, post your interest here!
