So I decide to revisit my favorite game of all time (Destiny), and I decide, why not go for a 3v3 with 2 of my friends. So I invite them, they gladly join, their favorite game as well, and it takes years just to find 1 player. So we exit and then reenter the search for Guardians, again a few years to just find 1. We try it again, 3rd time lucky right? Guess what. 1 guy found in 4 mins. So we all look at our Internets, we all have full blast internet connection. We try restarting our consoles, and then out of the blue I realized: Me: "NO WAY!!!" Jake: "What's up???" Me: "We forgot that there was matchmaking" O_O Brandon: "Oh my God" Then he throws in some jokes. We have a laugh, Brandon gets bored of waiting so he has a quick round on CS:GO on his PC. Jake gets bored so he messes about on Twitter. I have nothing to do (I just got this monitor a few days ago), so I have to wait it out. yay.... Then it finally finds 3 more players: Brandon: "Oh my God finally" Jake: "Yay, finally we get to play... finally" Me: "Oh my gosh I have to make a complaint about matchmaking" Jake: "Yeah you have to dude" Brandon: "Why don't you Jake" Me: "Yeah why don't you" Jake: "Well why don't you Brandon" Me: "SHSHSHSHSHHS!!! Let's play. SHSHSHSHSHS" So I look at my team: Brandon: Level 16, Jake: Level 25 and Me: Level 40 with 269 light (what a number am i right?) Me: "We have got a fairly good, team we have" X3 Until I look on the other team through the roster thing: Me: "Oh Gosh" -_- Opponents team: Level 40 with 299 light, Level 40 with 307 light and off course lets not forget the flipping Level 40 with flipping 320 light. yay... Brandon: "Was up?" Me: "Guys we're gonna be wrecked, we stand no chance" We get wrecked with a 1 thousand something score versus them with a full bar of score, and we were not even half way through the match. This kept happening. We even gave free for all a go and 6v6. Our team always ranging from Level 5s-40, I was always the only Level 40 on my team and their teams, that no joke never had a person lower than Level 40. We always ended up having disgraceful scores that didn't even fill up half of the bar. I actually ended up breaking my controller, because of rage. RIP whitey, We will all miss you, you will stay in our hearts for ever, never breaking a controller again. I have been telling my friends that I will go and make a complaint for weeks now. But a few days ago I just busted out with rage, and the worst thing I could actually do isn't break something, but make a complaint. Because my complaints are always so long... as you can see. I have wasted literally 58 mins of my day writing this believe it or not. Some of my friends have actually quit Destiny, because of matchmaking and some of the students in school that I'm not even friends with, have admitted to me that the reason why they hate Destiny so much is, because of matchmaking. It has reached the point to were I actually don't want to buy the Destiny sequel, because I believe that you guys will do the same mistake, because if you aren't going to remove it from this game, you are definitely going to put it in the sequel. This game has gone from being my favorite game, to being one of my most disliked games, not enough to stop me playing it every now and then thought. Anyone that agrees with me, write down below why you dislike/ hate matchmaking and make sure to pressure the beautiful beautiful developers to REMOVE MATCHMAKING!!! So please game developers, remove matchmaking, it is ruining our gaming experience.
