"Item Not Found" Error When Submitting Video on Community Creations Page

When submitting my video to the Community Creations page, it says the submission was successful. Then when I check my 'Recent Bungie.net Activity' on my Bungie.net profile, I get the following message: "You submitted the item (Not found) to Community Creations" I have attached the link to my video. I only noticed this about 8 hours after the first attempt at uploading the video, when I wasn't seeing my video listed when I checked back on the Community Creations page to see how much light I had received. I have tried resubmitting two additional times, but I am still getting the same message on my 'Recent Bungie.net Activity' feed. My only guess is that the title "Happy Star Wars Day! | Destiny: The Light Awakens" may be too long which I can shorten. Has anyone else experienced this issue

  • All submissions have to manually checked by an employee before they are activated - until they review it, you will likely keep getting that message. There's a lot of submissions and only a couple of employees monitoring it - so it can take days or weeks sometimes before they get to it.
