The Formidine Rift in ED is a place in the galaxy where some kind of (alien) secret lies that neither the Federation or Empire want people to find. The Rift has never been found but we know it has been in the game since release, and is somewhere inbetween the New Galactic and the Outer Perseus Arms. We also know Frontier has no plans revealing it, meaning it is up to us, the players, to find it. Whether you are an experienced explorer or a beggininer, we need more Rifters out in ED.
