No, and I've spent my money.

I personally used up my xbox rewards and was able to open 10 Sterling Treasure packages. In addition to my free packages I've opened about 20 and have only received one Desolate item. How about everyone else?

Only piece I have is the cloak. The damned packages keep giving me that Spektar armor for my titan.
