Hey guys! The Nightfall has Solar Burn!
Time to bust out my trusty Vision of Confluence, pre-nerf Black Hammer, and pre-nerf Ghjallarhorn for a fun Nightfall where I actually feel like a powerful Guardian that's capable of wiping out the Darkness and actually have a possibility of getting good rewards. All the while making the Nightfall challenging and not tedious, thus making Reset Day my favorite day of the week.
Oh wait, that's right. We're in Y2 now. Forget I said anything. Back to the vault you go, my precious, fun weapons.

By the time they got down to where the actions was, I've killed all three Flayers. Instead of a thank you, I get a hate message from one of them for killing them too fast.

#tbt rainbow burn Omnigul or Archon Priest. Fatebringer/VoC/Fang, Black Hammer & Gjallerhorn. Even Dragon's Breath was fun to mess around with.

Edited by H34DSN1PES: 5/4/2016 10:14:56 PMWell I guess I'll be that guy to say that dmg wise raze lighter on solar burn can out dmg ghorn any day of the week on these flayers it's just that ghorn pre Nerf is 1000x times safer to use as it is ranged whereas swords are not And before you call me a year 2 scrub I was an og sunsinger level 30 with ghorn for vog before they patched pushing Aetheon and Templar off, before they patched using the hobgoblin blocks as a camping spot, and far before ghorn nerf, also before the infinite self Rez glitch was patched (anyone remember that one?)

8 RepliesSeriously.. Tuesday used to be THE day of the week. After taking some time off to play The Division, Im enjoying the April update some, but it just doesn't feel like it used to. Hopefully they come to their senses either this September or when the sequel launches next year.

1 ReplyI remember those days. I normally get up for work at 5 but i would go to sleep an hour early on Monday night so i could get up at 4 for the nightfall. The rewards weren't always great though. Remember 2 ascendant shards from an engram?
