Was combing through my grimoire, seeing what I didn't have, and was pleasantly amused by the fact there is Grimoire on Silver currency: (I won't bore you with all of it, but the part which caught my eye and inspired this conversation topic) Long before the Collapse, the Reef settlements used a currency commonly known as Silver— coins with engram-like qualities which could be digitally signed with an individual person's key. Ok, so this is something to go off of. Introducing Reef Lineage quests. Quest(s)- To search for clues about the remains of Guardians and Awoken, primarily from the Reef, which can benefit the knowledge of Silver and it's currency values from the past. What to do: Locate Awoken and do them favors to net you Silver to later be handed in to Tess. How to accomplish this task: Like Legendary Marks, Silver is short lived supply. Some will part with their coins easily while others will be more challenging. Event person 1: "I want to see Guardians decimate more of those Taken enemies on Mars." Objective: Complete five Taken public events. Event person 2: "Times have been hard on us all Guardian. I'd gladly sell you my silver to help my family." Objective: Give up 2,000 glimmer. Event person 3: "There was a specific target which has killed a lot of Awoken, Guardian. We've tracked it to the Dreadnaught in a place called the Founts. Kill it for us." Objective: Kill the Zealot Champion (charged agonarch rune) without dying. Feel free to add to this. The overall point is to give people reason to hunt down the enemies we don't normally see or would like to get more attention on them.
