Interesting choice, considering it was on the characters merit rather than strictly appearance. I haven't finished all of the original Gundam series yet, but I am familiar with how badass she is

I've always liked her Qubeley as well, sure, it's a feminine suit, but the beam sabers being the arms rather than being held was an interesting feature. Also, if I remember correctly, she also fought Paptimus a few times as well.
