I noticed 2 minutes into one IB match that I was red-barring. It was my first of the morning.
Never happened to me before.
So I left the match and reset my router + xbox and everything was fine
(And no, I do not use WiFi... hardlined into a 100Megabit fiber connection)

Definitely not you lagging. I got a yellow bar the other day (same connection and hardwired into a net gear nighthawk) and I literally shot this guy with 6 mida shots and 2 registered and I got 3 shotted by this guys mida. I took a break after that match

Nah, I noticed 2 guys warping and said "wow there's a bunch of laggers in this match" Then saw my row on the scoreboard and *I* was the one with the red-bar. Left the match immediately and reset and everything was fine: I was back to green.

Thats all it takes most times. I leave too when I see my bar go red
