Bungie doesn't control the internet and it's connections, but they could tighten up their net code to be more responsive and use less overhead, or just give us some dedicated connections. The problems with newer software is it is bloated as compared to older software. Yes equipment is faster, but with sloppy code it doesn't matter. Slim down the netcode and enforce time stamping at the server instead of the client would help with red bar invincibility. But at this time frame of Destiny, this won't happen, maybe next time.
