Only a few countries and just in their locale, and that has no effect on global speeds. In the US there are a lot on rural areas that bring down average speed, but not for long. They are rolling out 300Mb in the sticks now. It's the lag on undersea and satellite communication that is the problem. Let's take Vietnam for instance, they have high speed in country, but on 3 cables that connect them to the rest of the world. It only takes a little congestion and that high speed is useless with someone in another country. But yea, it our fault for building Y'alls Internet. Thanks
