That's ridiculous. HoW cost less than $20, there is no way a single voice actor doing some lines for the Ghost should cost that much. It's already offensive that a stupid dance animation costs 500-700 silver. The margin on the stuff in Eververse is insane. Don't get me wrong, I like the idea of alternative voice options and have said so in previous threads, but I can't support the prices in Eververse for anything.

 • OK seriously? Are you that ignorant? First of all, HoW like TDB was largely done *before* the game even launched - it was on-disc content that was sold as DLC. Secondly, and more importantly, it was a very short campaign. What you're talking about, is having to take the time to find and audition new actors to redo a whole crapload of voice work - basically everything Nolan's done but multiple times for each new Ghost and that's going to get both time consuming and expensive for Bungie and there's really just no incentive for them to do that anyway. The ROI on this Ghost idea just isn't worth it, and it's a waste of time and resources that would be far better spent on Destiny 2.

 • You shouldn't fling around words like ignorant when you're completely ignoring comparable costs and profit margins of content in the game already. Are you aware of the going rate for video game voice work? The applicable union's recently gone on strike cause they're low compared to the film and animation industry. If they can cover the cost of a whole add-on campaign for $20, which includes work by a whole cast of voice actors, plus their development team's resources then it's idiocy to believe a single new voice option for the Ghost should be $20. That's like suggesting that Nolan North's work on The Taken King was 50% of the final customer cost, which is lunacy. The fact that the market has mostly accepted that a twenty second dance animation is some how worth 500 silver blows my mind when compared to the development costs and consumer price of the actual game. But you know what they say about a fool and his/her money. Do whatever you please, but you won't ever see me supporting these sorts of prices.
