Buff the exotic perk.
One way or another: Precision kills increase agility and armor by 1. Increases damage by 6.67%.
Lasts 10 seconds and stacks up to 3 times.
Inb4 someone says it is good enough as it is.

Yeah I remember being really disappointed after doing that quest. Maybe when they finish ruining mida, it'll seem good..
