Here's the thing, a smoke grenades blinding and radar disability are two grenades in one. It blinds like a Flashbang grenade and disables abilities like a Suppressor grenade. When a small "melee" grenade can slow, disable radar, blind and cause DOT all simultaneously, don't you think that it is a little bit too much for a melee? My point is that it's beyond a standard grenade.
It's only balance if other grenades are buffed. Nerfing is not the right answer.

I think the smoke grenade should teleport enemies outside the map. And give them 10 seconds to run back in or die
