I think it's balanced because nightstalkers have the worst super in the game plus Titans have shoulder charge warlocks have a year long burn

Just about every other Super in the game is great for clearing Adds but otherwise stinks for anything more powerful. Except Defender... that can be really helpful against bosses and heavies. In PvP... tough call. Personally I think it's either a worse Golder Gun with better range... or a less effective Nova Bomb.
