I for one do not use the class. When I do, I think it's fair. As OP mentioned, it takes both charges. Titans have the one hit mele (depending on armor), warlocks get shield, mile hit, and even health back. That's just for the strength charge. Blade gets stab, and throwing knife. Because of this, I think it's fair. I don't think at all its OP.
