Whilst I agree with the majority of what you say, the amount of disadvantage the enemy is put under by the smoke seems excessive imo after using it today, blind/slowed/no jump/abilities etc all seems too much tbh, just my opinion, slowed and slightly blinded would still give you a massive advantage over the enemy.
