Nintendo Fans: How Do You Feel About Nintendo's Recent News
For those who are Nintendo fans, how do you feel about the news recently?

- Nintendo NX Launches March 2017!
- Nintendo NX will NOT be revealed at E3 2016 despite Reggie telling us last E3 that next years E3 was going to be all about the NX *facepalms*
- Nintendo will only reveal information of the new The Legend of Zelda at this years E3 *facepalms again* (Maybe they will reveal some other stuff but apparently the only playable demo will be that new Legend of Zelda which probably indicates that this is all they will reveal)
- The Legend of Zelda will release Simultaneously with the Wii U & NX (well, Wii U owners like me have nothing to be happy about another year of waiting)
- Mobile Games of Animal Crossing & Fire Emblem will release on smartphones and, from what I heard, will have some form of connectivity with future console versions of these franchises. [/b]
I am honestly super confused by why they chose to not reveal any info on the NX. There are a few theories I came up with that might be why the NX isn't be revealed now.
1. They are taking more time to upgrade the NX.
2. They are releasing it next spring so that they get fresh third party games that they can compete with against PS4 & Xbox One (considering Wii U basically had mostly only third party games already released on other consoles before it was released)
3. They had no first and/or third party games ready for launch for the NX. Probably preparing to send dev kits out to developers at a later date to prepare games in development.
4. They didn't want a repeat with the Wii U where they had third party games that were released before the NX and are already bought by gamers on the other consoles giving us no reason to switch to NX or buy the NX versions of those titles.

Another reason for not talking about the NX at E3 could be because they got a fair amount of backlash from it last year. Many wiiu owners felt it is rushed and is kind of them just jumping from the sinking ship that is the wiiu. It also cheapened talk about all wiiu releases since it made it so that everyone knew in the back of their minds that the system would be changing in about two years and games announced at E3 take a year or two to come out. This also made many question whether many games announced would actually just end up delaying and waiting to release on the NX instead. In general it greatly decreased excitement for almost all games announced for the wiiu. I also think you could very much be right about them wanting to work on it more, they are thinking that due to the failing of the wiiu they really need to make a comeback or they will be in trouble (and they arent really wrong about that), so it is likely they are trying to make it extremely appealing. Maybe they are finally putting in things like a party chat system, and pre getting their eshop ready on it, along with allowing more games to be developed for it ahead of time (so they dont have as small of a selection available at launch as they have had in the past). As for model games, it is cool but i wont be buying any. When i want to play a mobile game i pull out my 3ds, it is superior to playing on a phone in every way (better interface, better games, even better battery in most cases).
