With the update earlier this month, I had hoped that the Crucible drops would be updated as well, in line with the opportunities within PvE.
Apparently that wasn't the intention.
Not sure if others will agree, but I feel like the end result is that we're being pushed to play PvE, specifically a revamped POE. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy the excitement of that bright yellow engram dropping - and the possibility of an extra bit of loot as you hit orbit again... but is there any reason why the Crucible hasn't had the same love shown? The end result has been a further reduction of people participating in the Crucible (merely experienced/anecdotal there!).
Looking forward to the Iron Banana...

I agree. Never done a complete raid start to finish. But pvp drops have not been what I expected. Everything good I've gotten from Coe, Poe, and vendor upgrades.

I've been getting a few drops, got an eyasluna or whatever it's called the other day, on my titan. Doesn't look too bad but I haven't used it yet so I'm not really sure.

I haven't gotten a Crucible legendary since the update period

Yea Bungie said they wanted every type of player to have a way to hit max light level but I haven't gotten much yet. Maybe Shaxx's weeklys will have something good this week.
