Throwing Knife Burn
Proof of it not working.
I definitely had it turned on as I never use the other perks instead.

Throwing knife should burn like a fre bolt does IMO.

2 RepliesI main a Warlock and only use Warlocks; however, my brother mains hunters and I have seen it happen with him. that being said I think that it should have a more affective burn or a higher DoT. Warlocks and Titans both have a good DoT and being that it's a solar class I agree with you it can use a buff.
