I'm seeing a lot of posts about how Destiny is Pay-to-Win, it's not. Pay-to-win is when you pay for an item that gives you a distinct advantage over players who don't pay.
Destiny is Pay-to-Progress. Pay-to-Progress is where you need to grind until that tedium becomes too frustrating and you pay for a faster way to complete your task. This includes wait times or a limit on specific items being overruled by paying money.
Pay-to-Progress isn't much better than Pay-to-Win and will get worse as time goes on and it becomes more successful. The issue is that Destiny is all based around grinding and repetition and now I feel Bungie are trying to make more money out this frustration rather than trying to improve the game to make it less repetitive.
Bungie you need to stick with what you said about Micro-transactions; Cosmetics only. Boosters aren't cosmetic and are the just the start of something much worse.

Destiny is pay to win due to something called "trials of osiris"

Outside of the ridiculous level 25 rep booster Destiny is pay to look good not pay to progress or win.

You don't really progress, you just get a chance for armor perks. And come on, the best armor can be bought from Shaxx.

Both are a rip off. Simple.
