It's easy to learn with. Hard to master but rewarding when you do. Fist of havoc can be awesome when planned and getting 3-5 kills. That takes practice and tactics. Doing what he did was understandable but still kind of stupid.

It takes no "skill and tactics" all you do if run up on 4 or 5 people and press your bumpers.

But holding your super and recognising moments takes a bit of practice. Panic supers take 0 skill, getting a few kills with a non roaming super is hard.
