Guardians✨ How did you pick your Gamertag?
Hello-Guardians(^-^)/ ！
One of me & my Fireteams favorite things to notice in this beautiful gamerworld of ours is a clever Gamertag ! Whether it's a fellow Guardian at the Tower or an opponent in the Crucible, a good Gamertag is always appreciated.
So share with us the origin of your gamertag! Why did you choose it & what does it mean to you? No judgements here(^.^)！
I'll start: Professor Hikita is a character from one of my Fireteams favorite 1984 scifi movies "Buckaroo Banzai" , he was the Japanese scientist on Team Buckaroo responsible for inventing the Over Thruster( I recommend the movie if you haven't caught it yet ). Most of my gamer friends use names from this movie.
We really welcome you guys to share with us your "Batman" names here!

5 RepliesActually Bungie contributed to mine. The first time I ever played the original Halo I didn't have a profile. At that time a random name was given to everyone that didn't have a profile. The name I was given was Noodle. I added the 1967 for the year my first car was made. That was like 13 years ago. It been my tag for all gaming since.

For my xbox GT I got it from this playstation game I used to play alot called Scaler. I thought, what if there was an evil version of him? So I came up with Darkscaler, why it is in all caps I still don't know. For my playstation gamer tag I just put the name of my favorite Pokémon (Ninjask) and it's national pokédex number (291).

1 ReplyI had a really stupid name on Xbox and I made it when I was young. When I switched to ps4 I wanted to make it something that mattered and friends and family know me for my large saltwater fishtanks so OceanKing96 it was. I had it as SaltyKid96 but forgot the password and email so psn basically refused to give it back.

1 ReplyThunderchild was the name of the warship that attacked the Martians in The War of the Worlds, to give the civilian ships time to escape. She took some of them down but ultimately was sank for her efforts. On a game I can't remember years back that name was taken, so I used Thunderch1d and it's stuck ever since.
