I wasn't Elinski anymore, I don't know what I was. But whatever I was I didn't like it. Sure I was serving Oryx and I couldn't leave but, there was something......calling to me. -later- I approached him and bowed down. "Yes?" "Oryx, I have killed the cabal leader you have commanded" "Very good, we shall bring down the cabal together" "Thankyou, my lord" "Cabal are charging inside the dreadnaught and because of their beachhead there not going away soon." Oryx said. "Yes,Oryx" I then stood up and walked out. -later- I had a team together and we were heading to take out the cabal at their heart. I led the mini army of taken along the ship, trying to find a sneaky way in. I found one and led them inside. We walked inside and that's when you could see the operations happening. Goliath tanks were getting fueled, cabal legionnaires were stomping, creating some sort of......song. We kept going and came to the control room. We blew open the door and the cabal Centurion leader went scrambling. The cabal soldiers inside started to guard their commander. I quickly growled for the two taken vandals to shoot the soldiers. Their taken wire rifles revved up and fired, taking the two guards out. I kept walking towards the centurion, who was scrambling for the door. "Nowhere to go!" I said. He looked at me fear in his eyes and then started madly looking for a weapon. I got closer and closer and when I was at arms reach I grabbed him. "I, am Skintar, sword of Oryx, you shall die by my hand!" I said while lifting my sword. The sword came down, slicing the main neck artery, killing him. I lifted his body up and the mini taken army in front of me cheered. ~i have brought down a eight-hundred pound leader, what power I've achieved!~ ---------------- Peekis woke up, laying inside the base on Venus, on a bed. She opened her eyes and couldn't remember what happened. There was a captain sitting next to her and he saw her open her eyes. "Hello, Peekis, I'm glad your awake and ok" "How- how did you find me?" "Our patrols went by and saw you laying in a field, they took you and brought you back." "Thankyou, thankyou very much" then all the memory returned. A flashback played in her head. She saw Skintar rushing to kill a knight and he got thrown away. She then remembered being grabbed by that knight and being stabbed through. ~how did I survive?~ that's when she remembered what happened next. She awoke, near death laying next to Skintar. She layed there for a while till the same thing that happened to Skintar happened to her! Blackness engulfed her, and she resisted, only more cold came. She started to shiver and shake, then she disappeared. ~I was taken!~ she thought. "Wait, have you seen Skintar?" "The kell? No, not for moons" ~oh no, where is he?!~ she immediately opened her comms and called him, all she heard was static. "Skintar! Skintar are you there!?" Nothing came back. ~I have to find him, what if he's taken again?~ these thoughts went through her head as she got ready to find him. --------------- I returned and Oryx commended me for my victory. "You truly are a worthy commander" Oryx complemented. "Thankyou, my lord" "you have done well, I will call you when I need you" "Yes, thankyou" I replied. I walked out, proud of my position.
