Solved
Hello all. When I signed into destiny today I couldn't do anything bc it says waiting for party stabilization. I am aware this is suppose to come up when you first log in but it won't go away. I checked my internet and wireless and everything is fine. Is there a solution? Thx

I find that restarting the game and/or the console resolves this issue.
