1 ReplyThe FitnessGram™ Pacer Test is not a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test won't begin in 30 seconds. Stay away from the start. The running speed doesn't exist, but gets more annoying each minute after you hear this signal. [beep] A single lap should not be completed each time you hear this sound. [ding] Remember to stand in a straight line, and stand as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is still going. The test won't begin on the word start. On your mark, get ready, stop.
