Edit: Seems that if someone voted it's stupid, it's because the time of exclusives take to get to Xbox is so long.

I'm on Sony and I don't agree with it. You pay the same price for the game and you should get the same content. Now you know why some of us criticize other gamers for buying micro transactions and that other garbage. It's all connected, it's pure greed and it's bad for the consumer.

3 RepliesPs exclusives are fine, Xbox has halo and computers has halo, Xbox has destiny, just to make it fair ps gets exclusives XD. If halo was on ps then I'd have a different opinion.

I never mind exclusive content. Sony paid for so they got it. I just think 1 year is Way to long. The gun won't even be relevant in that amount of time. But let's be honest. I don't really care because the weapon is garbage. Now if it was year 1 and you guys had something like ghorn, last word, thorn, red death. I would've been pissed

My only problem with it: one whole year of waiting. That to me is a Bullymong-sized shit. We're talkin' a hot, fresh out the bowels and right to melting in your mouth, shit. Sony took a gamble, paid a lot and are making a lot. I'm not particularly upset. But we paid the same price, so I'd like both sides to get a li'l something for a month then everybody go nuts. Hopefully Bungie could make enough money to get the -blam!- away from Activision. Microsoft, don't be cheap -blam!-s next time.

I do admit that it's got me considering which version of Destiny 2 to buy (currently on X1), so I guess it's kinda doing what Sony wants. I wish that the timed exclusives were for 3-6 months instead of a whole year.

Xbox user here. I think its fine. Its not like the gjallarhorn or the ice breaker was exclusive in y1, or the spindle in y2. Its nothing game breaking.

Microsoft should have forked out the money for their customers. I'm on Ps4 and I think it sucks that Xboxers are getting shafted.

2 Replies1: and here's why: it's not so much the exclusives, it's the length of time. Especially in a 2 year old game. Presumably, at this point next year, we will be playing destiny 2, a brand new disc of content. Yet, Xbox will have just gotten zen meteor and the quest. But is it going to make the jump to the new disc? Or will Xbox have to play destiny 1 to utilize it? These questions have never been answered. If the exclusives were a 1-3 months, I'd be more than ok with it.
