Not every leader wants to sherpa buddy, learn the difference. It's not the party leaders fault that players don't know what to do. (Unless of course, he wasn't paying attention to player's light levels and built a weak team.) Go on youtube, watch a tutorial, find a sherpa to take you on a normal raid. Don't expect people to carry you.

Someone who has completed the raid seven times on normal doesn't need a sherpa. He knows the fight on normal, and 30 second explanation is enough to clarify the differences between normal and hard mode. What he needs is a team with a good leader and a clear strategy. Because he lacks the experience to overcome deficits in those areas. He doesn't need or is looking for anyone to teach him , or anyone to carry him. Trust me if I show up to your hard raid with my light 306 Titan ( third character). You won't be teaching me anything, and I won't be needing you to carry me. As I'm usually the last guy standing if there's a wipe. So spare me the elitist chest-pounding, and worry about your own damn game. What someone with 90 clears brings is that he essentially carry team that is being poorly led or or is poorly coordinated. He is essentially the crutch for the poor raid leader or poor raid team. Not only won't he ask anything of you as a leader, he can bolster your weaknesses. IOW, if you need a team full of guys with 90 clears to. Reliably clear the raid..... There's something wrong,
