Mine:
5:45 wake up, snooze til 6
6-6:15 shower
6:15-6:30 sit down/watch TV
6:30-40 breakfast
6:40-50 brush teeth, deoderant etc.
6:56 leave

Wake up Make some coffee Put some fishsticks in the toaster Then I do my exercises Then I eat my fishstick sandwich burrito
