To whom it may concern,
I have encountered a problem with my physical copy of "Destiny: The Taken King Legendary Edition" as I have had this copy for 5 months and only recently began playing again. When I finally got to downloading the DLC and other codes in the case, I entered all codes available to me. Now, a few months later on, I have updated Destiny with the most recent update, and now I have encountered a problem. I have tried to begin playing where I had left off and I received a notification that I was missing "The Taken King" DLC, even after having entered all codes necessary to have full access. This would be a much smaller issue, had I not only recently discarded the codes for content that came with the physical copy of the game. Now I have a request for some kind of clarification on whether or not I had redeemed the code that allows access to "The Taken King". I kindly ask that someone aid me in accessing the content I paid for and have now lost access to. I would appreciate any support from Bungie as soon as possible to enjoy the full extent of this newest update.
