Which amendment is more important?
Out of the first two amendments on the US Bill of Rights, which do you think is more important?
The first amendment:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The second amendment:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

7 Replies>46 votes for the second I guess it's still good to see the majority of this place has their mind in the right place and considers the first more important than the second. On topic though, bearing arms should not be considered a right in the first place and the second amendment deserves to be repealed.
