Like what time a day should you work out for best results ? Also should you eat before or after and how long before or after??

Whenever you have the time is fine, eat thirty minutes prior to workout and when you get home after about an hour, you should go shower and then consume nutrition.

It's all personal preference. I like morning, but I do afternoon while in school year. As for eating there is a lot of science behind it. Do some research test it by trying it for like 3 weeks and see. There is no one perfect way or we would all be doing it

Some people prefer to workout in the morning, but I prefer to workout around 5 mainly because dinner is usually around that time, and helps me go to sleep. Try out a few different times, see which you like best. Also, I usually eat after I workout, something with a lot of protein like a protein bar.

Work out in the morning. You'll feel better all day. And for best results, have your meal after, but eat well throughout the whole day.

Experiment and find out when is best for you. Some like morning cause it wakes you up Some like midday as a break from life Some like night cause it helps them unwind and go to sleep Only one way to find out Eating tho... Carbs before, protein after is my suggestion
