Do these still drop? I have 3 left to collect but haven't seen any for months... For those unsure about what I'm talking about. They were/are found from environment chests; random chests that appear in PvE modes. They reside in your ships inventory until you take them to Amanda Holliday who can then more or less decrypt the blueprint into a cool new ship for you. Would appreciate any insight anyone can provide as not sure if this is a bug or not. Many thanks!
