Halo: The Fall of Reach
It's incredible how close this animated movie is to the book! I held off watching it for so long thinking it would suck, but it is actually pretty good. If you haven't seen it yet I recommend watching it.
If you haven't read the book yet, I STRONGLY recommend reading it!

I didn't think it was that close to the book, a lot of things were changed or left out. The biggest problem is that THEY USED THE HALO 5 COVENANT MODELS INSTEAD OF THE REACH ONES. Because logic.

Didn't feel as close imo. Also Reach didn't fall in the movie :/

I don't think Reach was even mentioned, it definitely wasn't shown.

The book is still better and they tried to show horn in Linda and a Fred into things that were just John, Kelly, and Sam but over all it was fairly good. Wish it had actually covered all of the book though.

The story itself is close to the book, but the animation is so -blam!-ing bad. So ugly. It's terrible.
