U could get coins from rewards in crucible etc. and use coins to trade and can only use them if level 40

Maybe it could work in the way where there is a kiosk where people deposit weapons, and then can also post what they are willing to trade it for, kinda like the GTS in Pokemon

Not enough gear in the game to condone trading. Don't see this ever happen. Though having the option wouldn't hurt. The more options the better I say. Could implement a system similar to warframes. Have to use in game currency (depending if the clan has a trade tax) and real life money. But then you got the pay to win issue...
