I was on venus once, just running around. No enemies, sparrows, warsats. I sprinted, and evidently i stubbed my toe and died.

Yes. I died randomly in crucible twice this past week after killing someone. The messaging was Nessa for Life is down so no one got credit and the cause was Misadventure.

Ye occasionally. Had a strange one in the raid today at totems. I just switched and was running to middle with full health, a thrall scratched me and I went flying across the map and insta died lol. It said misadventure.....
