Absolutely not. At least, not in this universe. They directly break the laws of physics, so unless we can find a loophole around these laws, a worm hole is a thing of fiction. Think of it this way, we know that there is a natural law that states that no two particles can occupy the same location. This makes sense. Imagine having two unbreakable balls and trying to put them in the same place at the same time. You're going to be struggling. Well, imagine it the same, but instead the ball is a segment of time. You cannot have a segment of time overlapping another segment of time, it just doesn't make sense, and that's exactly what worm holes propose. Higher dimensional physics would allow this, however as we are contained in 4-dimensions, that's not something that 4-dimensional physics can produce.
