I saw a montage where some guy does something interesting with his FR. Starts to charge while hip firing, then just before he shoots, he goes into ads. Looks really effective. What y'all think?

It's a popular tactic often used to get the bonus from hip fire on weapons like Plan C and then to get the extra range from ADSing

↑↑↑ Do that AND if you're a Nightstalker, you can use keen scout to know exactly where they are and start pre charging. You can then use the knowledge keen scout gives you to pop up in their line of sight just as soon as your weapon will fire.

1) It's because most fusion rifles take YEARS to charge plus you move much slower "ads-ing" making yourself an easy target. 2) Aim for the knees. These bad boys kick hard! Tip: hip charge while strafing left to right making yourself a harder target/lining up your shot. then before the burst ads at the knees.
