Loot
Have you ever wondered while your the leader of your fireteam and you have gotten nothing. I've completed many strikes now and I have obtained crappy rewards while the other members in my team have gotten legendary engrams and exotics. I feel like the rewards system should be the same throughout. Regardless if your the host or not. I changed it up a bit and made someone else a leader. I got a rewards but they didn't. Come in bungie. Do something about it!

It's engineered to take advantage of that little rush of pleasure in your brain whenever you roll the dice for a loot drop so you keep playing and grinding the same content repeatedly. It also conditions you so you're ready to do the same uphill battle against RNG all over again when the next content drop happens. It ain't changing anytime soon.
