you may think it is easy but what happens when you face someone really good is it easy still are you bad is there a skill gap?

Low skill floor, high skill ceiling. They're too user friendly, anyone can do well with a sniper. There's no risk/reward. Even if you get shot at, you're gonna land that headshot. Yesterday I'm playing a game of IB on Pantheon. Other team is pretty aggressive, pushing A spawn hard.. main guy leading the assault is using... 1KYS. Not an assault weapon of any sort. A sniper. I throw on my treads upon stars.. decent impact to start, with explosive rounds. In a firefight with said assaulter, as I'm landing shots on him he manages to get a sniper kill on me, twice, before he's finally taken out. Now clearly this person either got ridiculously lucky with his shots or he's got a bit of skill. Not gonna deny that. The problem lies in the fact that you CAN choose to assault a base with a sniper and still be highly successful. The run and gun play style should not be able to be achieved using a sniper rifle. Giving the high impact snipers enough aim assist to make a headshot while taking damage from explosive rounds a possibility is really going to make people lose interest.. When the masses come back on April 12th and step into the crucible just to run into the same exact shit that made them quit a few months ago they're gonna say ' this "progression" isn't worth the headache, back to something else' It's a shame because I really enjoy Destiny, but with the way the company is being run I can't see myself endorsing Bungie much longer. There needs to be a community manager that actually interacts with the community. Go to blizzard's forums.. they literally have a spot at the top of the page that shows you the latest posts from those whose job it is to keep the community informed/placated. Here you could have literally 10k people endorse an idea and it won't even get mentioned in an update, then you have some idiot whining and trying for attention and you have them making call outs at the end of the weekly 'update'.. really professional. Kinda went off on a rant at the end there lol

Sniping requires accuracy, it's simple. Not ANYBODY can just pick up a sniper and land headshots when there are people out there who struggle to get headshots with their primaries..

You forgot the part about us getting back all the weapons we previously had (still have in our vault), yet we now need to reacquire them??? + them bringing back half the old shit that no one liked.... Pretty sure 99.9% of the player base wanted an upto date (more relevant) VOG and this would have pleased them (us) no end.... Deej/Cosmo; "so the forums are crying out for us to bring back VOG" Dev team; "yeah we can probably do that, it might take us six months" Deej/Cosmo; "that'll work, I'm sure the community will be ok with the wait as long as they get VOG" Activision ceo; "hold up mother -blam!-ers that's not how the business model works, what did they dislike most about year 1?" Deej/Cosmo/entire Dev team; "PRISON OF -blam!-ING ELDERS" Activision ceo; "there you go, that the shit you need to be working on"

throw a grenade move you can't just sit and hold the left trigger down at a sniper. I am very good with them and I can either time my shot in between your shots or just sit there ads at you while your are tearing into me waiting for my reticule to sway into your head if it doesn't then I line of sight you right before I die and rinse and repeat. all I'm saying is be creative and strafe as much as posible

sniping is easy when anybody can get a 1kys and get kills with it I may not be the best sniper but I can hang with the majority and yes I can tell the difference between a skill sniper and a mediocre one and before you check my load outs my warlock has a 1kys equipped for pve but I put a spindle or stillpiercer for my hunter on for pvp dont like being part of the aim assist crutch users
