My problem is that I get body shot killed when I have 85% shield left, and what makes me the most pissed is when I get headshot while sliding to shotgun then, or sprinting, no I'm not saying all sniper kills are bs but these days I get killed way to easy and too fast for it to even be possible .
Scenario #1:
Shooting a sniper with a scout rifle or pulse that has a perk to cause the opposing player to lose balance and I still get head shot.
#2.
I get behind cover and still get headshot killed when there isn't even los on me, that's the worst.

You getting killed when you appear to be behind cover is more than likely because of your connection being behind the frame rate. There's nothing you can do about it but lower your ping and be hard wired. A monitor or TV 40" or smaller with a good refresh rate would help in conjunction with the other things I mentioned. But if you're venting as a casual player that just hooks his console up to a TV and plays well then it won't be the last time you appear to be behind cover and die lol.

...nothing to say about dumb aim assist though!?! So we're going to start skipping 1 and go straight to 2? Lol

Edited by IamPantherBlack5: 4/3/2016 6:00:52 AMLol AA is a part of the game. We wouldn't be as accurate in PvE or PvP without it. 1K with the right perk has the highest AA out of the snipers so by design it is going to piss you off. The competitive FPS players who think outside the box have a technique to further exploit it thus allowing you to get even more pissed off when you come across them. I never knew there were perks to cause an opposing player to lose balance. Must be a crucible drop. but just like a lot of the perks in this game.. they don't trigger like there supposed to a lot. There are no such thing as sniper lanes.. quick movements along cover.. don't move in a straight line.. be unpredictable.. jump over things.. don't peek! The competitive players know exactly where your head is going to be as soon as you peek out and are waiting for it. All guardians are the same height and with their competitive aiming techniques that the average player doesn't think about they will always react faster than you. Rush from offset angles and just give them credit when it's due. Bungie needs to change flinching when snipers are scoped and are getting hit with a primary but everything else is fine.

Aim assist is not a thing on snipers. All the AA stat does on snipers is SLOW your aim when YOU move the aimpoint over an enemy, it does not aim for you, and even then it often hinders more than it helps I find.

That's enough to get a kill. Try again.
