Depends on what we could look like.
If we could use the appearance of any gear in the game, that would be pretty cool...

Or it's items you have regardless of dlc's or how/where you got it! I'm sure WoW has it and you pay a small fee of In game currency in order to lock it as your "look"

Makes sense. I just don't want the Transmogrification appearances to be different from what you can look like with the game's gear (like with costumes/disguises in ESO).

Costumes/disguise in ESO was a double edge sword. It sucked as much as it was awesome. Authentic transmog would be creating your own "Suit". Example: CE helm Jack knife gauntlets Jack knife chest VOG boots Vanilla Dead orbit cloak Etc..
